I'm a native speaker of American English (born, raised, and lived in the USA for 40 years before moving to East Asia in 1983: Japan for 10 years and Taiwan for the past 22 years) and I have 22 years of experience editing technical papers written by Taiwanese authors for English-language journals and books published all over the world.
